Ensuite Double in Friendly Houseshare Tooting

I'm sadly having to leave this wonderful houseshare as I'm changing career and moving out of London.

The room is a very large, immaculate, modern double overlooking the garden with good sized en-suite and underfloor heating. There's loads of space, loads of storage and the bathroom is really nice.

The house itself is close to brand new, spread across three floors, with parking out the front and a lovely garden (we grew tomatoes and sunflowers during lockdown) at the back.

The room comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, and a built in 3 door wardrobe.

You'll be sharing with 3 other lovely girls (Cate, web design; Shonagh, interior designer; Rocio, teacher). WFH is possible as we have an open plan kitchen, and there is space for a desk in the bedroom. Our houseshare is very much a home not just a room, with shared nights in front of the TV with a bottle of wine, trips to the pub, bar and dinners. We are all clean, considerate, friendly and sociable and the girls are looking forward to welcoming someone who is the same. If you have chef standard cooking skills even better 😉.

Our garden was a win during lockdown, we exercised together (yoga and fitness), sunbathed and (ocassionally) ginned our way through it.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Tooting Mainline Station (4 mins to Wimbledon; 20 mins to Blackfriars), 15 minute walk (or 5 mins on the bus) from Tooting Broadway Northern Line and Streatham is also a walk or bus away.

A (massive) Lidl, Tesco Local and Asda are in walking distance if you don't have a car. Figges Marsh Park, just round the corner, is good for a jog. Tooting Broadway is great for a night out: The Castle pub does a good pub quiz and Tram Social is good for a dance. Our local, The Gorringe has a mini cinema upstairs.

£760 includes all bills except the quarterly water bill.
