*The Room*:
The room is located on the 1st floor and comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, 2x low tables (currently stacked) and 2x mirrors (one built in)


The room has AMAZING storage space with three large built in wardrobes, overhead storage and shoe drawers!

The room is a really good size and is front facing so receives lots of sunlight throughout the day.

*Rent & Bills*
- Security Deposit- £620 (required before moving in, which is put into a deposit protection scheme)

- Rent -£540pm
- Council Tax- £33pp/pm
- Water- £10pp/pm
- Internet- £8pp/pm
- Gas and electricity- depends on the season, during lockdown/the weather this has varied between £20-£50pp/pm.

The Housemates:
The girls at this house are such a lovely bunch and have become good friends over the past year. During Lockdown we've gotten even closer as many of us work from home now so if you flick between enjoying your own time but also catch ups over a glass of wine and a sitcom binge like myself then you'll fit right in

Ultimately we hope to find a professional that is clean, tidy and happy to respect others in the house. We have a simple cleaning rota to keep things tidy and it works well between everyone as they go about their busy lives.
No students please unless you are willing to pay Council Tax

*The House*
We're a warm and friendly house, it's fully furnished inc. sofas/tv in the living room space and with essentials in the kitchen/shared areas around the house so our new housemate is able to move straight in and feel at home
There is a patio garden to the rear of the house which is nice and low maintenance and very big, It has a clothes drying line, garden table and chairs, a shed and a little pond which is perfect in the Summer months.
We are happy to consider housemates with pets for this reason, but an additional deposit may be required (landlady is open to discussing so just ask).

The bathroom/toilet and study area is always clean, we take pride in this which makes it feel all the more homely.
