Large double room available in garden house within a quiet secluded spot.

The room has a huge double built in wardrobe and two chest of drawers. Desk and chair available. There is a large extended windowsill where the sun comes through most afternoon.

Family bathroom to share with one other tenant. It has a corner bath, shower over bath and large mirrors.

You'll be sharing the house with me, professional, clean, friendly female, and another flatmate. I treat the house as my home and would like to share with likeminded people. I prefer to read as opposed to watching TV, like gardening, exercise and a good chat. I'm doing my finals in Chiropractic and also working in a clinic. I have two cats who are hard not to love - so hopefully you are pet friendly.
Kitchen offers lots of cupboard space if you’re into cooking. It is fully equipped with all the essentials - microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Large fridge/freezer to share between two people.
One allocated parking slot in the driveway if you have a car.

Walk to Northern line tube is a good 10 min, Tooting Rail is 10-12 min.

Bills are split and are roughly £120 pp depending on the season, including council tax.
