Hello there,

We are two sisters who have a lovely extra large double room to let in our maisonette flat.

The room is nicely furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers (or 2 if you prefer),bedside cabinets and a small sofa bed. The room is very bright, spacious and tastefully decorated.

The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, gas stove, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier and all amenities needed.

There is also a secure outside shed where you can safely keep your bike or scooter as well as a large loft for any extra items you don’t want to have in your room.

This is a quiet, residential flat with a great location:

*2 mins walk to Phipps Bridge/ Belgrave Walk tram stops
*10 mins by tram to Wimbledon
*2 mins walk to Morden Hall Park

As for the flatmates: you would be sharing with two professionals- male and female, both easy going and friendly. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would expect that from you too. No smoking in the premises. We enjoy cooking, arts, nature and music.
