We have two single rooms to let in a newly refurbished HMO.

Top and ground floor units are self contained and already rented while three rooms occupy the middle floor with one large shared bathroom on the same floor, and kitchen / dining area and separate cloakroom on the ground floor.

The rooms are individually furnished with modern, high quality brand new items. Bed with storage, bedside table and lamp, built-in cupboard, desk, chair, smart TV, small sink with tea/coffee making and mini-bar fridge. Each room also has a video entryphone from the front entrance, and there is a locked bike store on the premises.
All services are included - electricity, heating, water, council tax and internet. Nothing else to pay!
The rooms can be let individually or to a group of 3 friends.
The location is opposite a bus stop with a route to Colliers Wood Tube station 9 minutes away and nearby is access to the Mitcham tram stop.
It benefits from numerous amenities including several supermarkets and gyms.
