You'll have a good sized room with a double bed, I've put a small desk in there for now but you have space for a bigger one and I can remove it if needed. It's just me living in the house and I have an en-suite so the bathroom next to yours will essentially be being used by you unless guests are staying over (possibly the occasional airbnb but no current plans to rent out the additional room). You can park in the driveway. It has a large garden and living room (Sofas are on order and coming soon). It's a four bedroom house so there'll be plenty of space. Well connected to central London via tube, overground and buses and an approx 14 min walk to Colliers Wood undergound station which runs 24 hours Friday and Saturday. Close to local shops, bars and restaurants.
