We have a spacious double bedroom available to move in immediately or by the 1st of June at the latest for professionals only. Long term (currently contract runs for 2 years with a 6 month break clause).

It’s a 3 bedroom house, great garden, 1 shared bathroom (washer and dryer in the bathroom) and an extra toilet outside as well. A spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, and storage space around the house.

15 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station, 5 minute walk to Tooting overground, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Lidl and a Tesco express just a short walk away also.

About us:
Hebe: late 20’s, project manager (hybrid worker).
Chloe: early 20’s, bar manager.

We both enjoy a clean and tidy home. And love to socialise together when our schedules over lap either by pub catch ups, movies on the sofa or enjoying the sunshine in our garden! We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, more then just a housemate. Preferably on a salary :)
