Current roommates are working professionals, clean and tidy and respect each others space. Eva is originally from Hong Kong and works full time as an administrator and is friendly and quiet and Nickey is originally from Sri Lanka and works in a cafe and is very friendly. I am the live-out landlord. There will be in total 4 people (no couples). 1 person in each room only.

Please note there is a cleaner which the roommates each contribute £20 and Eva organises this cleaner, but you should still help with cleaning of the house communal areas, throwing out the rubbish in the black and recycle bins, and keeping the house clean. You must also contribute to toilet paper, washing up liquid and buying the black plastic bins.

You must be clean, tidy, respectful of the house. The house is ideal for working Professionals because it is Clean and spacious and the other roommates take care of the house.
