The room is recently refurbished with wood flooring and comes with a sofa bed and large wardrobe. There is also an option for a smart tv and workstation for wfh.
We have a modern bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen with full amenities.
It is a 2 minute walk to Mitcham Eastfields train station and 5 minutes to the town centre for busses to tooting and Wimbledon.
We do have a dog in the house however he is very quiet and keeps himself to himself.
There is free on street parking and a garden.
The room is available from March until end of July.
Cost £900 PCM including bills. For couples or short term lets we will need to discuss and agree a rate.
