We are looking for a clean and tidy non smoker (female preferably) to join this flat share with two other women. The flat is a 3 bedroom garden flat on two floors. It has two bathrooms, a large kitchen diner (which also has 2 fridges) with a lounge area, plus an additional separate lounge. We are looking for someone who is easy going, likes flat sharing, is clean and tidy, in employment and is a non smoker.

The room for rent has a single bed, small bookshelf, a mirror and built in corner wardrobe.

The rent is £450 per month, this includes the payment for a cleaner to clean the shared areas twice a month, plus the following bills, council tax, water, internet, TV licence and a monthly payment of £75 for Gas and Electricity (any money owing for Gas and Electricity over and above these payments is split between 3 and payable each quarter which only normally occurs in the winter months)

It's located in the Tooting Gravney area. Tooting overground station (Thameslink) which is very close less than 5 mins walk and this runs to the City. The nearest tube station is Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) which is 10 mins walk or there are numerous regular buses which take you to the tube. Parking is by permit which you can apply for and costs £80 for a year.
