You will be sharing with 3 professionals, who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's space. Outside of work, we spend time chatting, cooking, getting fit.

It will suit someone friendly, considerate and clean.

The place is well situated 3 minutes’ walk from Tooting train station; there are plenty of buses available 44, 77, 264, 270, 280, 355. It's 30 minutes to Victoria station. Closest tube: Tooting Broadway.

The area is lively, with plenty of local shops, 2 supermarkets, few small restaurants and take away. There is a small common with an outdoor fitness equipment next to the house.

Bills are included in the price (gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax) On street parking is available in front of the house..

The room is available from 10th Nov 2020.

Rent is £670 per month, all included.

Refundable deposit is £335 only.
