We would like to welcome you to view our single room available to rent immediately in Mitcham town centre. It is situated opposite a bus stop which can take you towards Tooting (where Central London can be reached via the Northern Line tube), Croydon, Colliers Wood and Brixton. There is also a short walk towards Mitcham Eastfields train station, Mitcham Junction train station, Mitcham Junction tram stop and Mitcham tram stop.

It is clean and tidy household with a family of four, where you will have shared use of the spacious kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and garden. All bills are included, with the exception of the landline. We would prefer non-smokers and tenants who keep visitors to a minimum in order to respect our privacy.

The room is ideal for someone who is a professional working in the local area or commuting into London, due to the excellent transport links. It also has a computer desk and plenty of shelves for storage, perfect for students as well.
