The room available is on the middle floor of a 4 bedroom modern house furnished to a good standard. This is in a good location in Morden about 10 minutes walk to the Northern Line tube. In addition 5 minutes walk to Morden South train for the Thameslink to Sutton or London and many bus routes too.
The room is of a good size with a double bed / desk and chair / chest of drawers / 2 inbuilt wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower. The room is at the back of the house so it is very quiet and peaceful.
The shared facilities are the kitchen / the living room / the patio are and back garden (with nice artificial grass). WiFi is a high mgbs optical fibre which is free to use.
Parking is available on the street with no resident permit required.
All the current renters have been renting for more than 2 years. As a landlord I have been renting rooms here for more than 15 years.
I am looking for a renter who is honest, reliable, respects the house and other renters and assists to keep the house tidy and clean.
