The double room is large with a built in wardrobe, a kingsize bed, side tables and chest of drawers. The room is south facing, so gets sun all day. The room is currently carpeted but may be wood flooring by the time it is due to be rented out. This will depend on the landlords discretion.
There are large communal areas downstairs, which includes lounge, kitchen and conservatory. You will have your own space to store your food and will share a fridge/freezer with one other. Smokers are required to smoke outside.
We are a very relaxed household. We like our own space and to socialize. We are looking for someone who will respect this house as a home, who can fit in and clean up after themselves and preferable someone who doesn’t need a lot of attention. We work hard and enjoy our down time. Lovely garden with quiet room at the bottom. Plenty of communal space and street parking. Quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours.
