We have just found an amazing house in Morden and are looking for two more tenants to agree to sign the contract with asap.
The house is over two floors and is really big and spacious, located on a quiet street near Morden Hall Park.
The double rooms are both £550 rent not inc. bills, probably about 600-650 all in. They have big wardrobes, double glazing, and are nice and bright.
There's loads of shared living space: a kitchen, a separate dining room, and a separate living room, all with sliding doors leading into the garden!
The big garden is west-facing with an outdoor covered patio with sofa, outdoor storage room, and a garage - so much space!
It's close to Morden Hall Park and the lovely River Wandle, and only 10 min walk to Mitcham tramline which takes you to Wimbledon in 10 mins or Croydon in 20 mins.
We're looking for someone to share a friendly, relaxed, clean place to call home - we up for socialising but are also respectful of others' space.
