We have a double bedroom available for rent. It has a comfy double bed, 2 freestanding wardrobes and bedside table. Bathroom will be shared with my partner and I.
You will have access to the dinning/kitchen, utility room and our large garden. We have 2 indoor female cats.

In the house we have my partner and I (male 30 and female 30) and our 2 cats. I am a paediatric nurse and work from home at least once a week and my partner is self employed and works from home monday to friday. We are both very clean and tidy and like spending time at home.
We live a 19minute walk from Morden Underground Station. In morden town center you will find many local amenities' including boots, superdrug, greggs, Sainsbury's and iceland.
We are also a 13minutes walk from RoseHill which also has many local amenities such as lidl, post office and St Heliers Hospital.
There is free parking on our road and surrounding roads.
The rent includes all bills such as gas, electric, council tax, water and sky internet.

This room is ideal for a single female professional or student looking for a short term let. We are happy to consider Monday to Friday lets too. It is also ideal for hospital staff working a short contract in our local hospitals- St. Helier, Epsom, St Georges, Croydon. We are looking for someone who is happy to keep to themselves, tidy, clean, trustworthy, sociable, considerate and respects privacy.
