The house has 2 floors, there are 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living area, there is driveway parking for cars & motorbikes. People ages living in the property 25/28/36 we are all outgoing, friendly and respectful & I have a cats in my room.
I'm part time studying and part time workingand Joseph who's is a manager in screwfix. We all enjoy love a chat and when we can we organise little activities during weeknds😊
The property is located in safe, residential area, 10 min from shops & 15 min from Morden underground station and has 24h buses reach and 24h weeknd underground & is in front of a park.
There’s washing machine + tumble dryer + big American fridge freezer and everyone has their own kitchen cabinets + all appliances usage
