The location is within 10 minutes commute distance from Morden station, 5 minutes from Morden South Train Station, 20 minutes from Wimbledon with lots of places to eat, drink and shop, very close to Sainsbury and ASDA 5 minutes walking distance. There are frequent bus services 3 minutes away (93, 293, 413, 154).

Current Tenants
We are a young couple family with two small children who mostly lives in another place and only from time to time we are at the house, there are 3 professional house mates living all the time in the house, (females and male), all working.

The housemates are all working and very friendly
We are looking for someone to rent long term. We have been sharing the house for 6 years now, everyone is great, respectful and keeps it clean.
