Single spacious room available in a quiet, clean, and peaceful flat a short bus ride away from Morden tube station with a direct Northern line to Central London and train station too just outside the building that gets you direct to central London.

The room has a working desk, a new bed with a mattress and the ikea drawer for light clothes will be provided. There is a bathroom which will be shared between yourself and occasionally myself. Shared living room and kitchen.

I am looking for a female professional who preferably works at least few days a week in the office or student who is doing studies. You will be sharing with me and thus right fit is important. I am a professional who mostly works from home. I am friendly, reliable, organized and like to exercise or enjoy a Netflix movie after work.

Rent and bills will be 950/deposit 950. You will need to pass reference checks and a contract will drawn to sign.
