Double Room in Morden - close to station and river

The garden

We are looking for a housemate to take the spare large double room. Recently decorated, the room is really bright and spacious and comes with floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes, loads of storage space and wall-to-wall carpets. The bay window has new curtains.
The room has a new double bed.

There are two bathrooms and three toilets in the house so it's never crowded. The bathroom has plenty of space for keeping stuff.

The kitchen accommodates all the essential appliances. You will be sharing with 30 something professionals. We are pretty easy going, so would like to have a person who is nice, considerate and cleans up after themselves.

The house has a large garden which backs onto the Wandle River and woodland beyond. It's perfect for a coffee on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Commuting is easy: It's about a 10 minute walk to Morden Station (Northern Line), and about an 8 minute walk to Belgrave Walk tram stop. There are plenty of buses around, and one stops just outside the house if you are in hurry to get to the tube station in 3 minutes.

The room is available soon, for professionals only, and it's £600 pcm including bills. No couples please.
