Hello there potential housemate!

We have a double room available in a 4 bedroom house in the paradise that is Morden. It’s £440 a month all bills included.

The new lucky tenant will be sharing the rest of the house with myself (29), Amy (29) & Dean (29).

Ideally we would like our new housemate to be somebody who likes living with housemates and is reasonably sociable. We all have our own lives, but at the same time it's nice to be able to watch a movie or go for a drink on the odd occasion.

In addition to the room, we have a fully furnished shared living area with television, virgin media tv, broadband, a spacious kitchen (and kitchen equipment), bathroom (with a really good shower and a bath) and a conservatory and garden. Also a lot of gym equipment, because we like to make gains.

There are two parking spaces available on the driveway and plenty of street parking in the area, including a space that is usually free directly outside the house. “.

Morden is a nice quiet area with good local shops and fantastic transport links - we are about 15 minutes from the tube & about 10 minutes from Morden South Overground. It only takes about 30-40 minutes to get into Central London. There is a Sainsbury's local across the road and some bigger shops near the tube.

Room is available from around March 13th 2022, though slightly earlier/later can be arranged.

The room is unfurnished, so you will need to bring or buy a bed and any other furniture you require for the room, but all other rooms are fully furnished!
