We are two sisters who have a lovely double room to let in our maisonette flat.

The room is nicely furnished with a double bed, large triple wardrobe, chest of drawers (or 2 if you prefer) and the option of a computer desk. The room is spacious and has been painted a few of months ago.

The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, electric stove, microwave, washing machine and a tumble drier. There is also fast internet connection.

A loft and a secured outside shed are also available if storage space is required or you have a bicycle/ scooter.

This is a quiet, residential flat with a great location:

*15 mins walk to Morden station (Northern line)
*2 mins walk to Phipps Bridge/ Belgrave Walk tram stops
*10 mins by tram to Wimbledon
*2 mins walk to Morden Hall Park

All bills included.

As for the other tenants- there are two other tenants, both mature professionals. We like keeping the flat tidy and would expect the same from you.

We would consider small pets :)
