Bus stops are less than a minute away to Modern underground station(5-10)minutes other choices are Tram from Mitcham to Wimbledon and also St. Helier Overground station to Victoria, Waterloo and City.


House is located in a really peaceful area.


Water Softener installed so whole house is hard water and limescale free!


Under floor heating in Bathroom & toilet and there's an EXTRA TOILET as well.

Virgin Superfast WI-FI, gas, electricity, council tax and ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
This house is NOT for an inconsiderate, forgetful, full of excuses, lacking common sense, immature, disrespectful, noisy, dirty person or a party animal who doesn't clean after themselves and careless person who needs to be reminded of simple things!
