The house is a 15 min walk to New Malden Train station with frequent trains to Waterloo. Easy access also to Kingston University, Kingston Hospital and the A3. The bus stop for the 131 bus to Kingston and Wimbledon is only a few minutes away.
The house also comes with utilities such as a shared washing/drying machine in the kitchen, electric four-ring ceramic hob and an oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.
