Bright room in New Malden Flat

The room is bright and cosy, with a double bed and wardrobe that come with the room. But it can also fit a bedside table, shelving unit, desk and chair. The flat itself has a large shared kitchen/ living room and shared bathroom.

It’s a 2 minute walk from the New Malden train station which goes directly to Waterloo (takes about 22 mins). There’s also a lot of bus connections including a fast track bus directly to Heathrow Airport.

We’re very close to the high street which has an M&S food, Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco express as well as boots and Superdrug and there’s a H Mart about 15 minute walk away. There’s also loads of fun restaurants and pubs but it’s also a nice and quiet place to live- we don’t hear any road noise just the occasional train passing by.

The room itself costs £600 a month plus bills which usually come to £120-£150 depending on usage- this includes water, electric and broadband. Council tax (Band D) would be shared with one other flatmate which would be about £90 each on top of rent and bills.

We’re preferably looking for a young professional who’s tidy and nice.

Living here currently are two biomedical students studying at Kingston and a full time nurse all from age 21-23. We're easy going, love board games, pub trips and often go on food shops together, so we’re nice and friendly :)
