I have 1 room available from 1 April 2023. House has been fully renovated.

Double room with a shared en-suite next to the kitchen. Available for females only due to the en-suite shared with another female. Has a double bed, wardrobe and skyline window.

House: traditional semi-detached house with extended brand new kitchen, parking and decking in the garden. House is clean and quiet. Looking for friendly, clean tenants who will treat the house as their own.

The main shower room is a shower room shared amongst 3 bedrooms. It has a communal open plan lounge/kitchen, fast fibre optic broadband throughout. House is insured and safe. Seperate WC under stairs.

It's 2 mins walk from the train station going into London Waterloo in about 20 mins, 10 minutes walk from a 24-hour Tesco's and lots of local shops.

Rent will not increase throughout your stay. Fun and friendly atmosphere. No couples and non smokers.

Viewing and early acceptance is recommended due to popularity, A deposit will be taken and a contract signed. Deposit is £1000 and will act as security and guarantee throughout your stay. All bills included with rent for all rooms.
