Tired of sharing? Rent a private annex room in our home - suitable for 1 person. £700 inclusive of all utilities, council tax and bills, including fast WiFi suitable for working from home. Shared entrance through front door of family home. Annex room has own shower room and mini-cooking facilities with a microwave-oven, kettle, small fridge and nespresso coffee machine.

We also have a large garden with shared use - with multiple seating areas.

This south facing annex room has plenty of built in storage for clothes and books. There is a shed in the garden to store your bike and a loft for suitcases and other large items. There is a huge desk which is fantastic for working from home, which converts into a single bed.

Located on a very quiet road with unrestricted parking, 5 minutes walk to Kingston Hospital, 7 minute walk to Norbiton Station (Zone 5) which will take you to Waterloo station in 25 minutes and 1 minute walk to Albion Bus stop 57 bus which will take you to Wimbledon station/District line.

The only thing which must be shared is the washing machine and dryer in our kitchen - which can be used in the evenings when the kitchen will be for your sole use. We will not be in there on the days when you do your laundry.

Refundable deposit of one month's rent- plus one month up front rent to move in. Rolling contract from there.

We are a family of 4 - two adults and two boys age 8 and 10 living in the main house.

The room is flooded with light in the afternoon, which is nice year round - but especially in the winter. We are 20 minutes walk to Richmond Park and 20 minutes walks to New Malden and Kingston Upon Thames. Many options for to take long walks and cycle rides alongside the deer or the rowers = all with iconic London city landscape in the distance.
