The location is very convenient for the university and local amenities, with easy and quick access to Guildford town centre and the train station.

Looking for a student aged around 19–22 who is tidy, respectful and easy to live with. Smoking is not allowed in the house and pets are not permitted.

Council tax band: exempt for full-time students.
