In my 2 bedroom house in Hurst Green, Oxted.
Situated in a quiet Cul de sac location off road parking space on my drive.
Pub 2 mins walk, local convenience store 5 minutes walk & close enough to Oxted for larger supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants & cinema.
Station to London 10-15 mins walk & takes 35-40 mins. 410 bus.
I am a live in landlady but very relaxed and keep myself to myself really but equally happy to socialise and chat.
Monday to Friday considered.
