A modern, spacious one-bedroom apartment on the top floor with lift access, full width balcony and allocated parking space, perfect for a single professional seeking private space, access to transport links for commuting and countryside views. The flat is currently on the market for sale but struggling to find a buyer. I am moving out in to rented accommodation during this time. I have priced this accordingly as I would still like to be able to conduct viewings with someone living here. I would expect a 6-12 month let given the struggles to sell as there have been no viewings in 3 months. Bills included.
