Spare room available in a quiet country cottage

MUST LIKE DOGS!!
I am looking for a nice, friendly, normal and sensible, person to rent my spare room. I live with my 3 friendly dogs (x2 spaniels & x1 border terrier) and have a very busy work life and an active lifestyle, i work from home but if not working, then usually out for most of the day riding horses or walking dogs.

I am offering a double room with its own (but not ensuite) bathroom (that has a bath), and there is access to an additional bathroom (with shower) all set within a characterful country cottage on a country estate in a truly beautiful location. Ideal for countryside-appreciating or professional person. Approx 7min drive to Guildford. Approx 4min drive to Godalming. Approx 10min drive to Farnham.

There is a large kitchen/dining room and sitting room with open fire, and a conservatory with access to a large garden. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if necessary (though would like some help moving current furnishings out to accommodate new person, if required). Some additional storage is also available as well as plenty of off-road and incredibly safe parking.

Ideally looking for a really dog friendly, quid-pro-quo, like-minded house sharer, if you happened to have any gardening skills and are willing to help with general garden maintenane then would consider a reduction.
