I have one double room available in a recently refurbished 2 bed spacious maisonette flat which is spread out onto two floors, located in heart of Purley.

A large Tesco is on your door step, as well as a gym 5 minute walk away. Fantastic restaurants also within walking distance.

The location is unbelievable - directly opposite Purley station with great connections into Gatwick airport, London Bridge and Victoria station within 20 Minutes.

The room available will come with a brand new Bed and Mattress including lots of storage space.

The room is un furnished!!

The room is available from the first of July!

You would be living with me, I’m a 30 year old professional female and two Cats Myoko and Nakita. All the living space is shared, cleaning and any necessity's are a shared job I am keen to live with someone who is open to having the odd meal and glass of wine together, not someone who just want's to spend all evening in their room!

Equally has no problem doing their fair share of the cleaning and wants to live in a tidy warm happy home!
