Room is at the back of the flat facing west and the car park so no noise from the high street there. Furnished with smart TV, unlimited access to Netflix and WiFi of course. Two bathrooms- WC and main bathroom. We got two rooms for ourselves only on the other side of the flat- facing the high street. Won’t even hear each other as the corridor is very long. We keep the flat very clean, tidy and quiet in the mornings and evenings and expect the same from the person who will live with us.
All bills included- one person £750 pm, couple £900. 2 weeks deposit, one month notice. Available to view now and move in from 1st February or to agree with current tenants.
