Large double room available in my ground floor fully furnished flat just a short walk from Purley station from which you can get direct trains to London Bridge (20mins), Blackfriars (30mins), Farringdon (34mins), St Pancras (35 mins), Brighton (1hr), Clapham Junction (15 mins), Gatwick airport (23 mins).

Purley town centre is a 15 minute walk or a two minute drive away and has an enormous Tesco, as well of plenty of nice shops, pubs and restaurants.

You will be living with my best friend and co-owner of the flat Kealan who is a 28-year-old professional who works in London. He enjoys cycling, running, supporting Leyton Orient, Netflix binges and his guilty pleasure is Love Is Blind!

He's a fun, sociable, clean, tidy and friendly guy. We had a blast living there together before I moved in with my partner and you will be replacing another of our friends who is moving to a different part of the country.

He is almost impossible not to get on with and all we ask is that you're kind, friendly and respectful in return.

The room is the master bedroom of the property while Kealan has the smaller second bedroom. The master bedroom comes with a double wardrobe complete with mirrored doors.

You will need to bring your own bed.

The enormous lounge is equipped with a double desk which you can work from, a dart boat and a huge corner sofa. Plus a TV and super-fast wi-fi which is included.

The kitchen includes a five-ring gas hob and a double range cooker as well as a fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is also a large closet room in the flat for storage.

The flat is in a small block and has ample parking available both on street and behind the block.

The master bedroom, lounge and bathroom have been fully refurbished within the last two years.

All bills are included apart from gas which you will have to split 50/50 with Kealan which is paid via a top up card.
