Annex for Rent - Modern, Spacious, Train to City

This amazing Annex which has its own front door entrance, separate kitchen and shower/toilet is available immediately. The Annex is separate from the main house so we would not interfere with you in any way.

Myself and my husband live in the main house and we are both working professionals (doctor and investment banker). I work in the city and take the train into London with three train stations within a mile: Reedham (10 min walk) Purley (25 min walk) and Coulsdon South (30 min walk) , my total commute time is just under 1 hour door to door and all stations are London Zone 6. It’s the perfect balance of city and countryside living.

We are looking for 1 person only (£1,400 per month). We will not currently be considering 2 people or couples.

In exchange, we will provide you with the following facilities:
- Large spacious open plan room with a double bed, wardrobe, table chair, sofa
- Separate Kitchen with Gas hob, Oven, Fridge/Freezer
- separate Shower, Toilet
- Outdoor Patio Area
- WiFi (very good connection as we have a Mesh system)

- 1 parking slot on driveway available (we may request to use the full driveway, subject to prior notice) and off street parking is available
