The house features a modern kitchen which will need to be shared (inclusion of Samsung double door fridge, Bosch washing machine, new Samsung dryer, instant pot, Ninja Air fryer & Coffee Machine etc.)and the bedroom for rent is a decent size room with brand new double bed. The divan base comes with 4 drawers for storage. The newly renovated bathroom/toilet will need to be shared with two other. the bedroom will have a garden view with two windows towards east which bring nice sunlight into the house. Unlimited internet with all bills included.
