Quiet room that has recently been redecorated to a very high standard. Minutes from Redhill town centre. £550 per month, all bills included.

The room is fully furnished and has plenty of storage and a desk, and is located at the back of the house where it is very quiet.

The bathroom is shared but always kept very clean and maintained to a high standard.

The house is occupied by the owners, Katie and Alaster, and our cat Lira. We also have a room on Airbnb and have regular guests.

The house is just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Redhill and 10 minutes from Redhill train and bus stations. It is perfect for someone who is working locally during the week, or a young professional who has recently moved to the area.

Please note that although there is a double bed in the room, it is NOT suitable for couples or children.

The room is available from the 1st October.
