Double Room with Master Bathroom

Looking for a professional flat share/Room mate.
The flat is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom property and only occupied by me!

The room to rent is a double room with large wardrobe/storage facilities. You’ll have sole use of the master bathroom (unless guests are round!).
Very large shared living room with a dining area and breakfast bar. Fully equipped shared kitchen. Utility room with washing machine.
All bills are included and parking is available.

Only a 10 minute walk from Redhill Station with great access to London Bridge, London Victoria, Gatwick Airport and Brighton. Very easy access to both Reigate town centre and Redhill town centre.

There’s some lovely countryside walks opposite the flat and a little pub at the end of the drive.

Looking for someone who’s clean, friendly and respectful. Ideally treat the flat like it’s your own home and be tidy.

I’m long haul cabin crew so there will be times you’ll have the flat to yourself so needing someone trustworthy that has references. There may be times I’m sleep deprived so someone that’s mindful of noise levels on certain days!

Love the idea of having someone that may fancy a chill/glass of wine with Netflix some nights! Want it to be a happy home, so no rush on finding the right person☺️
