Spacious modern/high spec, double bedrooms available on the new Water Colours development in Redhill. This is a clean household.

A brand new excellent furnished property. Double room furnished for single occupancy only. There is a large family room & dining room, lounge & garden to relax in. Linen/towels can be provided. Wi-Fi & bills included. There is plenty of parking at the rear of the development.

I'm looking for someone who's quiet, extremely clean / tidy, easy going, respectful of others/surroundings, preferably someone who is well travelled, aged late 20's to late mid 50's working professional. No preference on gender or orientation. Smoking is not allowed in the house, garden or anywhere near the house. STRICTLY NO SMOKERS. I do like animals, but no animals will be allowed in the house at any time.

The development is situated 1 minute walk to/from Tesco, open from 06: 00 – 23: 00, 7 days a week, less than a mile from Mercers Boating Lake, gym, cycling routes to the leafy part of Redhill. Just over a mile to either Redhill /Merstham stations with a bus service on the doorstep that takes you to Redhill centre in 6 minutes. 5 minutes drive to M25/M23. The development also has its own doctor’s surgery/pharmacy with a walk in clinic. There is visitors parking on site.
