I am looking to rent out my 2 bedroom flat in Redhill to either a single person or a couple who would like the second room for extra living space. The second room has a sofa bed, so is not suitable for people who want to use both rooms as bedrooms. This is why the flat is listed at a lower price than other properties in the area.

The flat comes fully furnished (including pots and pans, towels, bedding) and has been painted recently so it's got a nice fresh feel. The living area is spacious with a brand new sofa, TV unit and 50 inch TV with surround sound system.

The second room is set up with a brand new sofa bed, so is perfect to be used as an office or additional chilling/storage space. The sofa bed is also ideal for when you have guests..

The main bedroom comes fully furnished with king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a built in wardrobe. The room also has a TV, and an en suite bathroom.

The flat is in a new development, only a 10 minute walk from Redhill station. From there you're 8 minutes to Gatwick Airport, 25 minutes from Clapham Junction, and 30 minutes to both London Victoria and London Bridge. There's also a dedicated parking space if you have a car.

The monthly rent includes all bills with the exception of internet. So water, electricity, heating, council tax and TV licence are all covered for you.

I'm looking for someone/a couple who are looking for a home, and will treat the place with respect and look after it.
