Double with ensuite - Reigate

Ensuite bedroom in 3 storey townhouse

Short term tenants welcomed. I am planning to update the kitchen later this year summer/autumn, which will be disruptive so will rent till then.

The room is on the ground floor, looking over the garden. Middle floor is kitchen and living room. Top floor are the other bedrooms. Therefore the room is quite private. All the usual amenities. Due to the type of heating (heat pump) it is on all day, but not so hot you can sit in your t-shirt in winter. There is space in the room for a small desk if you need to work from home. Its on a quiet cul-de-sac 20mins walk to centre of Reigate, 15mins to Reigate station. Parking available on the cul-de-sac.

I have a lovely cat who will certainly want to be your friend and be stroked by you if you let her .

As for me. Professional, working from home most of the time now. I primarily eat a plant based diet, so would prefer vegetarian housemate. It's not a party house, even before covid.

I am not in a super rush to fill the room. As many of us are often now working from home more its important that we both find a good fit.
