The flat is at the heart of a quiet residential court. It oversees the Reigate train station which is a straight commute to London Victoria (30 min). Reigate's town center is 5 minute's walk. Reigate's Priory park is 7 minutes away.


In addition to local workers and commuters, the room is also suited for professionals working from home. You will have access to off-street parking, and fast broadband. The room comes furnished and is big enough to accommodate an office space, a library, a guest bed.

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, extensive storage cupboards, a tabletop, and more.

I am a 27 yo professional working as a consultant. I am tidy and clean and I care about the hygiene of the house. I am an extroverted person and very open to socializing/hanging out with people. I cook most of the time and wouldn't mind cooking for others while I am at it. I've been told on multiple occasions that I make a fine tea so I got into the habit of making it for all my flatmates.

The other tenant is a female in her 20s working as a carer.

We rotate on cleaning the house every week. So having a person who's willing to take part as well is a must.
