Reigate is a sought after area with good facilities and has a large park close by.

Redhill is approx 2.5 miles distance and accessible by bus and train. Access to Gatwick airport by direct bus and train from Reigate.

I am looking for a MONDAY TO FRIDAY lodger only, (Sunday afternoon/evening to friday morning) and hence the rent being under the current rate.

The kitchen is fully fitted with space for food storage. There is a small fridge freezer in the bedroom for your use.

Council tax and other bills included in rent.

I am looking for an easy going friendly fun person. I am retired and live a quietish life, but have lots to do with three grandchildren!!.
