The guys have been there for a few years and it’s a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. Clean, tidy and has all the furniture you need. Super-fast broadband.

It’s really close to the station - 2min walk so quick access to the underground and mainlines. Takes 20mins to get to waterloo, or 30mins on the tube into central london.

Shared bathroom, living room, dining and kitchen. Also a back garden with a bbq for summer.

RENT:
The rent is £690 pcm paid on the 1st of every month.
Deposit is £996.00

BILLS:
Bills come to £110 a month (includes council tax, internet, TV, etc)

AGENCY FEES:
1. £35.00 +vat for a reference check on the new tenant.
2. £50+vat for the change of contract - I’m happy to split that between the two of us.

Available from 1st March, but if you need to move in sooner that's fine too, just let me know and that can be arranged.
