I have a spacious double room available in a modern flat in between Kew and Richmond which are both walking distance.

The bedroom is a lovely double bedroom. Newly refurbished, ample storage space, large double glazed window. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, an extra tall double wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. The bathroom room is shared with 1 other person (myself).

I work in Medical communications and enjoy walking into Richmond, going cycling in Richmond park and meeting up with my friends.

The communal areas were fully redecorated with a modern new kitchen, new floors, plastering/painting.

The flat is furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave). The kitchen and living room is open plan which opens up to a small garden which has table and chairs and a shed with a bike lock installed. Also, the living room has a sofa, TV cabinet, TV and coffee table- again some of these are not shown in the photos as installed after photos were taken.

The flat is about 6 minutes from North Sheen station (overground, 25 mins to Waterloo) and is a 10 minute walk to Kew Gardens (overground and underground).
Conveniently there is a large Sainsbury’s just across the road. There are great restaurants and bars is close proximity.

I secure all deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Rent is £675/month. Bills are included and the bedroom is available mon-fri.
