We have one double furnished room available in our lovely period home.
Avliable from the 1st July and can move in at any time during July.

The house is a large detached house with 4 double bedrooms, brand new bathroom and shower room/wc, a lounge, a large dining room and a massive kitchen. The kitchen includes a washing machine, 2 full-size fridge-freezers, dishwasher, gas hob, double electric oven.

We also have a spare 5th bedroom for guests!

In terms of extras we have wireless internet, sky plus and a weekly cleaner.

And finally, the house also has a walled garden, perfect for BBQs.

Location: Two minutes from the Petersham Gate into Richmond Park! Served by very good bus connections to both Richmond and Kingston centre 24hrs.

The Rent is £650, and an extra £165 covers all bills, including sky, the cleaner, high speed wireless broadband, council tax, water, etc.

We are looking for a clean, friendly and easy going new housemate.
As for those staying, we are three professional's (one male and two females)
We would like someone who will want to join in, and is happy relaxing with us in the living room. We think of the house as a home!
