Hello! We are looking to find replacement tenant(s) to live in our lovely one-bedroom apartment in Richmond, as my partner needs to move closer to her workplace's new office. We are looking for someone to fill in from mid-October/early November for the last few months of our contract, which expires at the end of June (but subject to renewal should you wish to live here longer).

The Landlord is looking for a professional tenant(s), non-smoker(s) and no pets. Bills are included (council tax, water, gas, and electricity) in the £1495 PCM price.

The location couldn't be more ideal! The property is a warm and spacious one-bedroom lower-ground floor flat situated on a quiet street near Richmond Station (Underground, Overground, National Rail) and Richmond Park. There are many cafes, pubs, restaurants, and stores up the road and on the high street - not to mention there is a stunning view of the Thames from Richmond Hill just a few minutes walk from us.

The property comes part-furnished, has three built-in closets, and a separate area for bike storage.

LIVING ROOM: Mostly unfurnished, aside from two shelves. All furniture pictured is ours.

HALLWAY/KITCHEN: The kitchen comes fully furnished with a shelving unit, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge.

BEDROOM: The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed frame and mattress, two chests of drawers, two bookshelves, a desk, and a chair.
