Bright single room in Richmond-no students

We have a bright single room available from mid September in the top floor of a friendly house in Richmond overlooking the street. The house is on a yearly rolling contract but people can move out at any time by finding a replacement.

I am relocating closer to work so very sadly I will need to move out. We are looking for someone to take over my room.

The house is a lovely 4 bedrooms house in a great location in Richmond. We are less than 5 minutes' walk to Richmond station, 10 minutes walk to the riverside and 15-20 minutes walk to Richmond Hill and Richmond Park.

The room itself is a single room in the house and comes all furnished. It is very bright as it has a big window and there is a bed/mattress(with storage under it) and one wardrobe provided in the room.
The room has a desk and chair that could be left(you just will have to ask me).
-There is a toilet on the ground floor as well as a bathroom upstairs.
-There is a parking space and on-road parking via a permit system.
-Bills come to about just over £100 on top of the rent including council tax.

You’d be joining Jennifer, Honor and Eoín who are young independent professionals who like to hang out sometime in the evenings, but are also very independent and we respect each other’s space and privacy.
As a house we sometimes play games together or watch shows/movies. There's a mix of working at a school/from home and at the office. We are all clean and tidy.
