Fantastic Flat Share Opportunity Richmond

Hi,

I'm Ella (work in Film ) and my partner Ed (Electrician) and we have just agreed to take on a lovely 3 bed flat walking distance to Richmond.

Because of the occupancy regulations we can only share the tenancy with either a professional couple or single professional so the cost will be £1,000pm for rent plus bills. Couples welcome too at same rate.

The flat has 3 double rooms, fitted kitchen, living/dining room, one bathroom and decked garden plus bedroom 3 to be used as guest room/office/storage etc so lots of space and all newly refurbished.

Would love to find a new flatmate(s) to share this great space with.

We work full time Mon - Fri and at the weekends like to chill, explore London, go out for drinks or stay in and cook & watch movies.

Kind, friendly, considerate and sociable we like to keep our place clean and welcoming.............looking for likeminded people to be friends as well as flatmates.

The flat is currently unfurnished and we will be furnishing it when we move in mid March. So we can provide a furnished room or would love if you wanted to be involved and help make the space yours too.

We may be young but are very mature and have been living independently in London for nearly 3 years when I was working on a Marvel Movie.
