Double room to rent in Richmond

Hi,

I am looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in a beautiful, characteristic two-bed apartment in Richmond, very close to Richmond Park.

A female flatmate would be very welcome, to have a good balance to the home. But I am happy to speak with guys who may be interested as well. It would also suit professionals needing a place to stay during the week.

The flat is located a few minutes walk from Richmond Park and 5-minutes walk to the nearest overground station (North Sheen) with a 25-minute journey to Waterloo, or 15-minutes to Clapham Junction, and approximate 15-minute walk (or a 3-minute bus ride) to Richmond rail and tube.

The bedroom is a good size with beautiful natural lighting and has very large built-in wardrobes and storage and is furnished with a normal double bed, bookshelf and desk unit.

The living/dining room is a good space with lots of natural light and a balcony overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully appointed and has a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes drier. There is a separate bathroom and toilet, which are kept very clean. And high speed broadband wifi is installed.

The total cost including rent and utilities is £800 per month. The deposit is £1000.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and likes to keep a nice place. And who wants to share a relaxed, friendly and fun home atmosphere. Equally someone who is respectful of one another's space.

You will be sharing with a professional guy (me). Outside of work I enjoy music, photography and theatre; I am very active and healthy. I travel quite regularly, getting away for the occasional weekend, and longer stints when I can.
